Meet Cathy
About the Artist – Cathy Jones
Inspired by the creativity of my mom and aunt, I developed an eye for design early on. I’ve been sharing my love of art ever since by teaching art to middle school students as well as building a successful art business. After 12 years of selling my hand-painted clothing at art fairs, I became intrigued by jewelry as an art form and began to design my own. With a rekindled interest to both create and share my craft, Filigree & Me was born. Each year I split my time between my studios in Oregon and Arizona. Both regions are filled with inspiration for me. The cool blues and greens of the Pacific Northwest and the reds and golds of Arizona breathe life into each of my pieces.
