Scarab, Art Deco, Egyptian Brass Stamping for Jewelry Making

Think back to the days when Egypt flourished. It is one of the most interesting times in civilization. Their art flourished and thanks to the elaborate tombs where they buried their dead with these artistic treasures we are able to enjoy their rich beauty today.
King Tut's tomb was discovered and western art was duely influenced. Much of the Art Deco movement shows Egyptian influence.
This scarab stamping is a beautiful, high quality example of Art Deco Styling. It is hollow on the back yet is a substantial piece. The brass is a bit thicker than most stampings. I like to mount it on my large two toned ring. The two pieces compliment each other to make a pendant to be proud of.
It Measures 35mm by 27mm. It can be ordered as shown or with a green verdigris.
